"The front desk staff and especially the Spanish lady who sits in the middle could be friendlier and more helpful. The one in the middle acts like she hates her job and seems bothered when asked questions. NO GOOD. Gabe's hygienists was wonderful. She was gentle, patient and kind. He said the dentist was grumpy."

"This is the third time I've been to this dentist office and customer service is always good. Only problem I had yesterday was when the receptionist never buzzed me to come get my son and couldn't find him when I asked how he was doing. The situation was quickly resolved and he was found safe and sound in the back. It just bothered me that I waiting over an hour and 45 mins for a routine dental cleaning, ..."

"The staff at this location made my three year old son feel like he was a big man. Even though he was in pain, he felt like He was a big boy. I recommend that if there are any parents out there that is having problems with their kids and the dentist, you should try Dr. Alan Golden."

"I am terrified of the dentist. The office smells overwhelmingly like a dentist office. Even the sounds of the dentist tools send fear down my spine. Consider white noise like a counselors office, so you don't hear the conversations and sound from the person next to you. My hygienist, Doris, knows that i am fearful and tried to talk to me the entire time in order to get my mind off of what was happening. ..."

"I love the service at this office. The office staff, the hygienist and Dr.Golden are all great. That is why we continue to go there, but the waits are pretty torturous. Because I have a daughter with special needs, we have to go in the morning when the do all the young children. So we wait 20-30 mins to be called back, and then the kids are back there for about 45min-1 hour. Which wouldn't be so awful ..."

"I've been happy with the Dental Care at this office but you I always wait 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. The appointment itself takes another 45 minutes. I have to carve out an entire morning to take my two kids to the dentist."
