"My daughter was VERY unhappy with the dental asst that took care of her. The dental asst was rough and did not seem to care that she was hurting my daughter's mouth (gums)."

"I am terrified of the dentist. The office smells overwhelmingly like a dentist office. Even the sounds of the dentist tools send fear down my spine. Consider white noise like a counselors office, so you don't hear the conversations and sound from the person next to you. My hygienist, Doris, knows that i am fearful and tried to talk to me the entire time in order to get my mind off of what was happening. ..."

"I love the service at this office. The office staff, the hygienist and Dr.Golden are all great. That is why we continue to go there, but the waits are pretty torturous. Because I have a daughter with special needs, we have to go in the morning when the do all the young children. So we wait 20-30 mins to be called back, and then the kids are back there for about 45min-1 hour. Which wouldn't be so awful ..."

After years of being a patient , I understood when they informed me my son would be going to the adult office, which is less than five minutes from the office I had been going too. "I've been happy with the Dental Care at this office but you I always wait 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. The appointment itself takes another 45 minutes. I have to carve out an entire morning to take my two kids to the dentist."

"As new patent's, I was not "allowed" to check out the facility or escort my young daughters to the exam area. It's always unsettleing when rules are intended to isolate parents from their children. Both my daughters and myself were creeped out!"

"First appointment was not good. Hygienist was rough and cut my daughter's gums in 2 places. Decided to give it another try and ask for a new hygienist. The one we had at our last appointment was friendly, gentle and professional. My daughter really liked her. The front desk staff is not welcoming or friendly. The lady who sits in the middle is should not be interacting with customers. Not helpful ..."
