"First appointment was not good. Hygienist was rough and cut my daughter's gums in 2 places. Decided to give it another try and ask for a new hygienist. The one we had at our last appointment was friendly, gentle and professional. My daughter really liked her. The front desk staff is not welcoming or friendly. The lady who sits in the middle is should not be interacting with customers. Not helpful ..."

"The front office staff is the office's/clinic's front. They should be nice and friendly especially to parents. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this office. They're just nice when you're new but after a while, the niceness goes away depending on the staff's mood. "As new patent's, I was not "allowed" to check out the facility or escort my young daughters to the exam area. It's always unsettleing when rules are intended to isolate parents from their children. Both my daughters and myself were creeped out!"
