"Appointment was fine with the exception that I was told that I could not come back. If I would have known that I had no say so in my daughter's treatment then I would have never brought her to this office. I would have utilized my dentist or my husbands, where I do have a say so in my dental care."

As an office we always allow the patient to choose to complete treatment or not, however if the doctor feels treatment that is needed to maintain the health of the patient is being disregarded they will not supervise what they see as neglect.

"We absolutely fell in love with the staff and Dr.'s at Golden. Dr. Jones is the best peds dentist i have ever met. He is so personable and friendly. He encourages the children the whole time. My daughter had 2 cavities, a pulpectomy and a cap done. She was scared and nervous but he put her at ease and she did great. What an awesome place!!! My husband and I both wish he could be our dentist!"

"This office tries to make things as fun and pleasant as possible. I was able to get an appointment for both my kids at the same time so I was able to sit and read while they got their teeth cleaned except for the interruption when the dentist popped out to get my phone to take a picture of my son who was just "too cute" sitting in the dental chair with the shades : )"

"Most seamless appointment I've ever had, for myself or my kids. Not just that there were great waiting rooms and all that--and that stuff is fantastic--but the staff knew what they were doing, there was no wasted time. We got in, did what we had to do and were out. Simply refreshing!"
