"The PAs there are great. The staff, however, are incompetent. I have been trying to get a referral to PT for nearly 2 months now and they keep getting it wrong! I have now been told it might be another 2 weeks. If all you need is regular labs done, it’s fine. If you want actual health care, go elsewhere."

"I have been going to Trinity for years but last year a new PA was hired and I was assigned to her. She is rude, talks over the patient and refuses to accept responsibility for her errors. My insurance company asked for her cooperation and she simply refused to respond. She prescribed a medication then failed to follow through with monitoring that is Standard of Care with the drug.
