"The PAs there are great. The staff, however, are incompetent. I have been trying to get a referral to PT for nearly 2 months now and they keep getting it wrong! I have now been told it might be another 2 weeks. If all you need is regular labs done, it’s fine. If you want actual health care, go elsewhere."

"I have been going to Trinity for years but last year a new PA was hired and I was assigned to her. She is rude, talks over the patient and refuses to accept responsibility for her errors.
