"I was referred by my PCP on Dec 26 but by Jan 11 had heard nothing so called and was told someone would call back in 24 hrs. More than 24 hrs later I called again and finally spoke with the physician’s asst who told me they never received the referral. I called my MD who assured me the referral had been sent. I called the asst back and repeated the info. She said they had requested addl records. I ..."

"stay away from this practice , incredibly inconvenient and ineffective system just to get an appointment , both on the phone and in person several of the staff bordered on rude at the very least uncaring and abrupt . lastly after 2 days of prep and discomfort for a colonoscopy the Dr decided NOT to preform the procedure ,while I was under , woke up to find out they expect me to return ...guess today ..."
