More than 24 hrs later I called again and finally spoke with the physician’s asst who told me they never received the referral. I called my MD who assured me the referral had been sent. "stay away from this practice , incredibly inconvenient and ineffective system just to get an appointment , both on the phone and in person several of the staff bordered on rude at the very least uncaring and abrupt . lastly after 2 days of prep and discomfort for a colonoscopy the Dr decided NOT to preform the procedure ,while I was under , woke up to find out they expect me to return ...guess today ..."
