"Very bad service the ladies sit and talk to each other. They don't answer there phone when you call for medications that you need. They don't send them to the right pharmacy. The manager doesn't care if you get help with any problems."

"I'm done with this practice. They have canceled my appointment 3 times in the last 4 months! All because of the staff at this office poor planning. Now I can't reach anyone at the office by phone to reschedule, as no one answers. Have been calling for three days now."

"I am a patient of one of the doctors here. I won’t mention his name because he is not the problem. I have been trying for days to reach someone. The voice mail directs you to who you would like to contact. However, it goes straight to the phone music and after about 5 minutes it hangs up! I need to speak to a human so I can simply change my appointment. This not new I went through this the last appointment ..."

"It's been since October that I've been calling this place to get a appointment. They answered three times and it told hours on the phone to get them to answer and when they do they asked me for my information and never gave me an appointment. This has happened since October it's almost April and I still don't have an appointment. And the few times they answered there not helpful at all and very rude. ..."

"Dr. Marranzini is a great doctor but I don’t know what is going on with the phones and office staff. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks and all I get is the automated line with music. No matter what button you press a human never answers the phone. It says your next in line but nothing ever happens. After 30 minutes on the line it just disconnects. I’ve even waited for up to two hours. I live an hour ..."

"Lisa Selby is a wonderful person and practitioner. She treated me like a person and not just a body. I appreciate practitioners such as her. She immediately puts a person at ease. We need more practitioners such as her who are caring about people and knowledgeable in their field. I cannot say enough good things about her. El Paso is lucky to have her here."
