It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. "Terrible customer service, I called the office to reschedule an appointment in 1/3/25. I called more then 10 times they answered and hang, to other times I was on hold for more than 30 min no one answer."

"The staff is rude and the office is managed very inefficiently. I have been going to this office for 11 years and only 1 year out of the 11 was I treated with respect and efficiently. If you need to contact them be prepared to be on hold for a while and they might just hang up on you mid sentence."

"Ms. Selby is an excellent, caring, genuinely concerned Nurse Practiconer but the back office personnel needs to be replaced. They don't respond to patient phone calls. Prior auths take WEEKS to get processed. Dr. Rovner if you are reading this you should note that only 1 out of 17 reviews does not air a complaint. You, sir, are to a great extent responsible for the performance of your employees."

"I've been calling to find out when lab opens and now with this new telephone system that Frontier Medical Center has to leave your name, d.o.b., phone #, email, etc. no one seems to pay attention. "I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 days straight. I follow prompts and I just listen to music. I sometimes hear someone answer the phone but then it goes to music again. Looking for a different provider at this time. People at front desk are rude. They should find a different job. They deserve 0 stars"

"Terrible phone service at this office. I tried for two days to get someone on the phone. I would follow the prompts then listen to music for 10 minutes then Someone would pickup and it cuts off. Left multiple messages on the 3 choice but no call back. This is no way to run a doctors office!!!! Unbelievable unable to get a new order for a sonagram of my thyroid!!!!"

"This is the worst-managed medical office in all the world. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have spent 45 minutes or more, trying to re-schedule an appointment. "I am a patient of Dr. Marranzini, he is very thorough, I do appreciate that. But the staff are non caring, rude and inconsiderate. Since April, I have been trying to call, they never answer. Waiting to checkout was 2 1/2 hours until I had to leave for an exam. So trying to call to get next appointment, labs and Rx refills. "I have been waiting for them to fix a medical coding/billing problem for over a month. I have been to the office 3 times. I have also spent many hours shuffling forms from one place to another. They refused to re-submit medical information back to the insurance company and Quest Diagnostics. I have been told that they are in violation of HIPPA laws."

I left Dr, Marrancine for another doctor today , I am very tire of phone calls not getting a good service, His staff is the worst they will not answer phone calls, they will leave you for hours on hold , just hand up on you.
