"When going in for “urgent care,” you cannot choose which service provider you choose. However, I can say that Brittany Saha, PA-C, is fantastic!! She takes all the time you need, is extremely knowledgeable, will research your options as necessary to ensure you get the best care and outcome possible. "Called to make appointment with my dr at 4:15 and was told they don't make appointments after 4 and to call back tomorrow. Called next day and was told my dr was on vacation. Poor communication. I went to urgent care and waited over 30 minutes to be called in. Acceptable. Then waited 1 hrs and 15 minutes in a room that didn't even have kleenex. PA came in and apologized for wait. She ..."
