"When going in for “urgent care,” you cannot choose which service provider you choose. However, I can say that Brittany Saha, PA-C, is fantastic!! "Called to make appointment with my dr at 4:15 and was told they don't make appointments after 4 and to call back tomorrow. Called next day and was told my dr was on vacation. Poor communication. I went to urgent care and waited over 30 minutes to be called in. Acceptable. Then waited 1 hrs and 15 minutes in a room that didn't even have kleenex. PA came in and apologized for wait. She ..."
