"I used to like Winning Smiles, we have been going there for 17 years. But they have gone downhill. For example today, I am at a dental cleaning and exam for my two children. They do not have a dentist present and they changed the appointment time for my one child to be thirty minutes later a few hours before the appointment. The billing for the braces (we have done this three times) is awful and requires ..."
