"I wish I could write a review about the Patient Care / Medical side of things but this review is based solely on the Patient / Customer service side of things. I scheduled a visit for a procedure and the initial consultation in April was fine, with Dr Chazen as the one going to perform the procedure. I didn't find the wait that bad but could have been quicker but it does definitely have a "Herd of ..."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I did a consultation for a simple vaesectomy appointment.. The Dr never told me there’d be a possibility he couldn’t finish the procedure.. simply said it was a simple procedure, done in 15 minutes. Needless to say he wasn’t able to finish it, & now I have to reschedule a 2nd appointment to get put under, (which wasn’t even an option during consultation) You’d ..."

"Been going there for like 10 years for bladder cancer. They would check it every three months then every six months never charge me anything but a regular co-pay! Out of nowhere I get a $295 bill because now they’re charging the room as an operating room, but they did not warn me or tell me I can’t afford it and they don’t give a heck. "

"Do not go here! Worst run place ever ! You will never receive a call back or get help. When I had to leave a urine sample in the bathroom there were two other uncovered samples in the area where I had to put mine I had to actually move them for mine to fit because nobody took them from the lab it was disgusting. I was sent to the ER just to get my prescription changed and had to pay $150 copay I am ..."

"I was suffering with prostatitis according to them and they put me on antbiotics three times with no improvement - I asked for a prostate massage / draining to relieve congestion and allow antibiotics to work better and to send expressed prostatic secretions to their lab - the doctor didnt put ANY effort into it - just about the same effort as a DRE and when no secretions - QUIT - all done....I was ..."
