"Doctor Niego is great, but the office staff is horrible! The phone is NEVER answered. If you need to schedule or cancel an appointment, it is impossible. I just received a missed appointment bill for a morning off cancelation through the answering service because my daughter tested positive for flu! This office is bad for one's mental health."

"Dr. Mark Waynik is very patient, caring and thorough. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment- very punctual!! Anytime I need to call the office I get a return call before the days end. Highly recommend this group. FYI I travel 45 minutes each way to see the doc- he's THAT good!"

"I've had the worst experience working with the Waynik Group. Dr. Niego is arrogant and unsympathetic. Office staff is HORRIBLE! Run away from this practice if you can. "

"The administration is unable to manage patients needs professional and timely . If your in mental health crises or need just want good help please find a place that can empathize with your personal needs .Waynick will stress you out worst then when you arrived. Not the place to get better but the place to really mess you up. "

"Do yourself a favor and go read the reviews on google before booking an appointment with this office. It's not about the providers its the front line office staff which is unfortunate because that is what patients will remember. Imagine going to the office for years and having FMLA paperwork filled out only to be told of a random $30 charge that "every patient" has to pay when I have never paid this. ..."
