"Avoid this practice at all costs. My initial prescriber suddenly left the practice after a few appointments. I've rolled with the punches for a while but I cannot continue to put up with the headache that is their front desk staff, which seems to be a common issue for others as well. "Doctor Niego is great, but the office staff is horrible! The phone is NEVER answered. If you need to schedule or cancel an appointment, it is impossible. I just received a missed appointment bill for a morning off cancelation through the answering service because my daughter tested positive for flu! This office is bad for one's mental health."

"Dr. Mark Waynik is very patient, caring and thorough. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment- very punctual!! Anytime I need to call the office I get a return call before the days end. Highly recommend this group. FYI I travel 45 minutes each way to see the doc- he's THAT good!"

It's not about the providers its the front line office staff which is unfortunate because that is what patients will remember. Imagine going to the office for years and having FMLA paperwork filled out only to be told of a random $30 charge that "every patient" has to pay when I have never paid this. ..."
