"Very unprofessional and have no concerns for patients. Everytime I mention my mouth is pounding from pain, they brush it off and tell me ways to help that DONT HELP over and over. They're ignore all of my concerns and I leave feeling worse than I came in"

"Very unprofessional and expensive clinic, very rude stuff members, they will perform unnecessary x-rays and will charge you. I took my children for a cleaning, they are minor, they performed panoramic x-ray and extra x-rays without the consent of the parents. They also made my 18y old daughter sign paperwork forcing her to do extra x-rays even she told them no."

"My mom needed dentures. She has had dentures for years. She had previously had dentures made at another dentist that were not made correctly. We questioned who made dentures at Warrior Family. Was not told the truth when we called. Dr Maddox came in with an attitude and said that he couldn’t make them any better. My mom didn’t even have the partial in her mouth, but he said the teeth fit great. Not ..."

"I was pleased to find a dentist that was open on Saturdays and takes walk in patients. The staff was polite. They took the time to explain my options. The only negative I can speak of was one of the staff members was very loud and said some inappropriate things while talking to her boyfriend (or whatever) on the phone.
