"A bit pricey even with insurance hate the lets discuss payment after the procedure when you are numb and sore. So worried about getting paid seems a bit impersonal. Dentist and assistant were awesome"

"Somewhat stingy with the anesthetic, and seemed like they were rushing towards the end of the appointment. I would like to say that the assistant (I'm not sure of her title)--I think her name was Juana--was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, informative, and you could sense her diligence."

"It would have been excellent if prior to surgery more explanation was provided. Although during the initial visit a plan was discussed it did not seem we were on same page. Alter my questions the future treatment plan changed on day of service."

"The work is of excellent quality but every single time I come in I feel as if I am dealing with car salesmen. The dentists seem as if they have a sales quota and I am their next customer, not client. Give me options but stop trying to guilt me beyond my financial limits. I'm still paying off my kids braces and can't afford crowns and veneers. You lost my wife already please slow the roll on the sales ..."

"The hygienist was great, it was the front desk and insurance issue. The front desk called my mom and immediately told her we had no insurance that you had calledl Delta Dental they said it was terminated and that they called Cigna and the same it was terminated. My mom walked her through it and then she transferred her to your billing lady who also argued saying we had no insurance. In the end ..."

"Dr. Hazel was great not happy though about price and dicussion while I was awaiting getting a tooth pulled. Was told I would recieve a copy of estimate which I never did get!!! Other than that the staff was very pleasant and worked well with me."
