"The work is of excellent quality but every single time I come in I feel as if I am dealing with car salesmen. The dentists seem as if they have a sales quota and I am their next customer, not client. Give me options but stop trying to guilt me beyond my financial limits. I'm still paying off my kids braces and can't afford crowns and veneers. You lost my wife already please slow the roll on the sales ..."

"The hygienist was great, it was the front desk and insurance issue. The front desk called my mom and immediately told her we had no insurance that you had calledl Delta Dental they said it was terminated and that they called Cigna and the same it was terminated. My mom walked her through it and then she transferred her to your billing lady who also argued saying we had no insurance. In the end ..."

"I had a rather lengthy apt. In which I was not scheduled properly for. I was their for a bout a hour longer than expected. I respect your time so I feel that mine should be as well. I understand that things happen but at least let me know. I like that Cris and Britney checked on me as much as they did to see if I was doing alright. I did not feel forgotten about. Just upset with timing."

"Don't seem to care about patients actual concerns, only interested in "taking care" of cavities in the non-problematic areas of the mouth. Oh yeah, and pushing for a moithguard...like pushes really hard for that."
