"The work is of excellent quality but every single time I come in I feel as if I am dealing with car salesmen. The dentists seem as if they have a sales quota and I am their next customer, not client. Give me options but stop trying to guilt me beyond my financial limits. I'm still paying off my kids braces and can't afford crowns and veneers. You lost my wife already please slow the roll on the sales ..."

"The hygienist was great, it was the front desk and insurance issue. The front desk called my mom and immediately told her we had no insurance that you had calledl Delta Dental they said it was terminated and that they called Cigna and the same it was terminated. My mom walked her through it and then she transferred her to your billing lady who also argued saying we had no insurance. In the end ..."

"I had a rather lengthy apt. In which I was not scheduled properly for. I was their for a bout a hour longer than expected. I respect your time so I feel that mine should be as well. I understand that things happen but at least let me know. I like that Cris and Britney checked on me as much as they did to see if I was doing alright. I did not feel forgotten about. Just upset with timing."

"Don't seem to care about patients actual concerns, only interested in "taking care" of cavities in the non-problematic areas of the mouth. Oh yeah, and pushing for a moithguard...like pushes really hard for that."

"I only have been coming to this office for a short time. Everyone is friendly..the only thing is that I feel like a number if that makes sense. I understand this is a business but people are not made of money during my exam they said i would need a crown..Then asked if I wanted that done that same day...Its a nice offer but then when i said i cant afford that then they go on the Dr goes on to tell ..."

"Dr. Hazel was great not happy though about price and dicussion while I was awaiting getting a tooth pulled. Was told I would recieve a copy of estimate which I never did get!!! Other than that the staff was very pleasant and worked well with me."

"Had a lot of pain several days later and had to come back in. Took two more days for an appointment in pain. I have an ear infection that may be impacting the area too, but in a lot of pain and not usually like this."

"I was in chair at 2:00pm and still waiting at 2:27 according to computer in room. Spent 20-30 minutes waiting to be seen by Dr. in chair, and not the first time that has happened. He was then done in under 30 minutes."

"Horable place the dentist only cared about my money and they all made me feel like shit because my teeth weren't as good as there's and I quote " a bad set upsets us " ! They did not care for my well being they only wanted me to try and fix unusable teeth to waist thousands of dollars on them !"

"I was not happy at all. This was my first visit for the year. During my visit they tell me I still owe money from my visits last year. Apparently my insurance did not pay as much as their office thought it would. First they should have contacted the insurance to be sure of what was and wasn't covered. If they say this is your total, they should not be able to come back and say oh you still owe ..."

"I went in for a simple root canal and ended up going through the worst pain of my life. From the very beginning I felt every single second of the procedure due to the lack of anesthetic.
