"Had a scheduled appointment for optometry. When I arrived I was told to wait in the ambulatory waiting room. After 45 minutes I went to the desk and asked why I had not been called. I was told my appointment had been changed from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and the type of service has changed. No one told me this at check in. I also was told that because I missed my 8 a.m. appointment it would have to be ..."
