"This practice claims they specialize in psychiatry and neurology but if you call to make an intake appointment, they're super weird, rudely grilling you about who referred you, what your DX is, etc. Um, I need mental health care, that's my diagnosis? Also, if you have had a concussion they flat out refuse you right at intake. Nice. Go elsewhere if you want actual help. "

"Patient abandonment. My daughter was a patient for 7-8 yrs. She had an urgent appointment scheduled on a Monday. I received a letter from the practice the previous Friday (no notice) stating that her MD was no longer seeing patients in the office. I called and the practice said they would not transfer my daughter’s care to the other MD who was listed as taking new patients because they could not guarantee ..."
