"I was treated courteously and cheerfully. Jennifer has excellent customer service skills. She explained everything that was going to happen and the steps she would take to protect me from exposure to anything harmful. She proceeded to do her job as I expected she would and I had a good visit. I look forward to seeing her each visit."

"My cleaning was great and it was brought to my attention that I needed a filling to be replace which I had been putting off. Megan said I could get it done right after my cleaning so I did it, very efficient use of time and very high quality service. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great service during Covid, I felt safe."

"Twin City Dental has a great Covid process. They have you wait in your car until ready, check your temp, have you use hand sanitizer, sanitize everything good, provide masks that everyone wears & have you social distence. The hygienist Jenny was professional, friendly & did a great job. I have referred people to Twin City Dental because she always does a great job."

"The front desk staff and dental assistants are very nice and friendly. But my experience was terrible with the dentist. I went in for a simple cleaning, to find out I had 11 cavities(never had cavities before) So they recommended that I do the right side first. He did 7 cavities all at once.. worst decision ever. It has been 3 months since it has happen and I can’t bite down, drink hot or cold fluids ..."

"AVOID this office for general dental work. Dr. Milos drilled too deep in both of my girls for fillings that were claimed to be needed. 2 dentists have verified that the fillings were not done right. When we went back to complain about the pain, as a result, we were told there was nothing to do but wait to see if it went away or possibly a root canal in one girl. OMG!"

"Awesome staff at the front desk as well as hygienist I usually see Jessica . Dr. Smiley is wonderful too! Went in to get mouth guard made and he wasn’t happy with the fit so is making a new one. That makes me feel he has your best interest in mind"
