"Very disappointed in the scheduling folks. Tried to schedule an appointment. Provided all information to include insurance. Was told insurance needed a referral. I explained it did not. Was told to call insurance and verify, which I did. I then called back to explain that my insurance did not require a referral. Was put on hold again and told again I needed a referral. I even attempted to ..."

"Not ethical in scheduling procedures. No mask mandates, but they're still requiring mask. (Even though a medical professionals they should know that mask are not effervescenteffective. Front desk stress are rude. "
