"This worst staff, billing and overrated providers. Constant over charges and not submitting claims to insurance for payment. If the insurance does not pay them immediately they bill the patient. The provider Mayakrishnan MD only see the patient once and then PA's or MA's followup. Misdiagnoses and prescribing medications that are extremely expensive and do not apply. Contacting the office is a nightmare ..."

"Please do not use this practice. Unfortunately, all of the neurologists in the southern Oklahoma and North Texas area are part of this practice. If you see any of these doctors and they give you a diagnosis, please get a second opinion outside of this practice. I am in my early 50s and had a sensory issue and was hospitalized. I was told I had the beginning stages of MS and would never fully recover. ..."

In the middle of covid despite having been going to Dr Matus by phone and appointment for years was told I needed to come in physically. Mind you I have immune system and mega lung problems. then they proceeded to drop me because I was too nervous and rescheduled 2 times. Mind you I'm also agoraphobic and ..."
