"Not only is Dr. Hayes amazing, but the staff is too. The hygienist who cleans my teeth is always so nice. She remembers me and we chat throughout the cleaning. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now it's not so bad."

"I've communicated with front desk personnel over the phone; however, when I arrived that's where the comfortable atmosphere changed. Once I was taken to the back, the Hygienist (I guess) took my dentures and began to cough over me. I continued to hear her coughing while doing my impressions which had me feeling very uneasy. She returned my dentures and explained the next step and continued to cough ..."
