"The ‘feel’ of the office was off. Dr Hayes was aloof, talked at me rather than to me, I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman rather than about my dental health. The hygienist was friendly but rough, the most uncomfortable cleaning in recent memory. And as always the 3% surcharge on cards is an ever recurring irritant. "
