"That place was going downhill and since Nicole came on board, this is the worst place I have ever seen. Not only the work is not up to par, but if they make a mistake, they do not own it and blame somebody else. "Nicole is the worst, she is so rude, dishonest and has a toxic sense of superiority! I am so glad I am seeing so many other reviews of her and their billing practices. As others mentioned, I was billed for something that should have been waived at the time of my visit.
