"That place was going downhill and since Nicole came on board, this is the worst place I have ever seen. Not only the work is not up to par, but if they make a mistake, they do not own it and blame somebody else. "Nicole is the worst, she is so rude, dishonest and has a toxic sense of superiority! I am so glad I am seeing so many other reviews of her and their billing practices. As others mentioned, I was billed for something that should have been waived at the time of my visit. Tiffany and Kimberly who worked at that time (who have now quit, no wonder why) even had shared I shouldn't have been charged for ..."
