"If I am being honest I would say that it is too difficult to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Takes months everytime. Also, $50 cancellation fee is bad form."

"I was rushed and my hygienist refused to check my gums for progression of recession, which is one of my major concerns stating that the clinic does not bill for recession checks. Dr. Lo as always was pleasant, but that could not make up for the bad overall experience."

"The cleaning went well and my hygienist was great but I did have some issues with the visit outside of the chair. The biggest issue I had was that I was told that the fluoride treatment was covered by my insurance prior to getting it then told afterwards that it was not. "Although my hygienist was warm and friendly, she applied much too much of the numbing agent to my gums, which left me with a numb tongue and horrible taste in my mouth. I realize she is new, so perhaps someone could show her how to be more sparing with it and still achieve the desired effect."
