"Staff is nice. I am unhappy because I pay over $1000.00 per month for health insurance. This entitles me to see a physician, not a “nurse practitioner” which is largely a waste of my time. "The office is great! Dr Alvarez is great! However, I have a very low tolerance for pain. I am supposed to have an injection at the surgi center and Heather, who is, by the way, fabulous, said she would make sure I’m asleep for the procedure! She said Dr Alvarez would do it. She did promise me that I would be asleep and not to worry! Everyone in the office is great!"

"I am on a maintenance program and see Marnie. I love her!! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and offers professional guidance in a warm and caring way. Not gonna lie, sometimes there is a wait but like today I got in in 5 minutes. Depends. But she is definitely worth the wait. I have found the facility to be clean and the staff friendly."
