"I don't recall ever having a pleasant trip to any dentist but I will say that Dr. Christopher Meyer and his staff made my extraction procedure successful and practically painless! I gladly recommend the OMS group to any person in need of dental care. Thank you for your care and attention."

"Obviously they were behind schedule, but still no excuse for making me wait three hours and 15 minutes to have a five minute procedure done. My frustration was high and I was on the verge of leaving their office before I was seen. The nurse was very nice and made many attempts to show understanding and care towards my frustrations. "My experience at OMS Springfield was for the most part Good. Dr.Collins and the assistant Jessica were very nice and helpful. However, there was a brunette lady taking temperatures and she was very condescending. She talked rudely and was not nice to anyone. When we asked her a question she said her answer in a snarky manner. Everyone else though was absolutely great."
