"My experience at OMS Springfield was for the most part Good. Dr.Collins and the assistant Jessica were very nice and helpful. However, there was a brunette lady taking temperatures and she was very condescending. She talked rudely and was not nice to anyone. When we asked her a question she said her answer in a snarky manner. Everyone else though was absolutely great."
