"I had my knee replacement surgery in October 2025. One of the physical therapists came in and started telling me all of his problems, and then refused to give me PT. The Ohio Health Foundation gave me a knee kit without a sock aid. When I sent an email requesting a sock aid, I was told to contact my provider. The only thing that person cared about was a spreadsheet, and not what I needed. They could’ve ..."
