"Wish I had seen the first review here before having my appt... I was charged close to $400, nevermind $175 for an office visit that involved an annual exam...WITHOUT a pap! And this was AFTER being told my insurance would cover...Do not go here if u have Medicare...the billing person is horrible!!"

"Know that at the appointment with Dr Sasha Melendy you will be asked to sign ADVANCE BENEFICIARY NOTICE OF NONCOVERAGE for the office visit. Means that if your Medicare or Advantage plan says the office visit will be $30, they will charge $175. Had I been told of this when making the appointment and taking the day off, driving to the office and making preparation for elder care, I would have found ..."
