"GI Health care company is a nightmare. 4 or 5 calls to get procedure scheduled. Only access is Call Center. Information for prep not emailed promptly. GI pharmacy has poor communication w/ office. Front desk gal no help. RN infiltrated IV & had to yell for RN, no call lite.Anesthesia & Dr South excellent in conveyer belt environment. QR code to see if polyp was CA !! All up to me."
