"You can’t make an appointment in person. My wife is hearing impaired. When we tried to make an appointment, it was over a half an hour. Finally we gave up if this is one office system of how they treat patients I don’t even wanna know the rest."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve been to this doctor I’ve had negative experiences. In December when I was setting up my insurance they accepting it. One month later they dropped my insurance because they wanted to save money. I got no notice of this when I went to set up an appointment I was told when I arrived at the doctor (which I live an hour away from) that they no longer accept ..."

"During my appointment at the Northeast Obgyn’s Boerne location, Dr. Elizabeth Brackett made some unprofessional remarks I found hurtful. She asked me “have you ever thought of getting a breast reduction?” I never brought up wanting any kind of plastic surgery.
