"Front staffing is absolutely horrible(the new scheduling women); very rude and should not allowed to work in healthcare. I have called in to get assistance booking a new patient appointment, faxed in TWICE because the first one “never got received or they didn’t have one on me” no problem that happens but then still very rude I asked to get assistance to book, refused to help me and made me fill out ..."
