"I know that a lot of people lose weight on this program. I'm not one of those people. This was my experience: 1. Administrative. Less than stellar. Lost my paperwork. Took forever to be accepted, onboarded to the program. Miscommunications were frequent. Lab results were a mess and took forever to complete. Sometimes the office manager as abrupt and unprofessional. My first meal replacement ..."
