"This office is horrible. They don't answer the phone, call you back, and the receptionist sits at the desk doing her nails. How unprofessional. They lie about answering the phone and scheduling appointments. I will be reporting this office."

"This was a horrible experience. Due to new job, new insurance I had to change pain management providers. I did what I was supposed to do and had all my records sent to the office. Once received the new patient coordinator called me and said the provider reviewed my chart and accepted me as a new patient. I waited 3 weeks for availability. Today I go in and the provider would not even see me. ..."
