"Very frustrating how they give you a letter to scan to fill out to try and make an appointment for three days on the phone a total of two hours and 40 some minutes do these doctors think their time is the only thing that’s valuable get a new phone system a new phone people it’s ridiculous when I asked while answering questions for an office manager to call me, the girl hung up"

"It’s a shame there’s not a zero I think the way the office is run through the phone system is ridiculous. I was on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours three days trying to make an appointment I get a callback only to transfer you to the scheduling department where I was put on hold again after I punched in their number for a call back . Is it that hard then when I called again after no response, the girl ..."

"Have to agree with all reviews. I received a letter indicating it was time to schedule colonscopy. Tried calling to find out date of my last one, Guess what?!!! Impossible to speak with a human. Not even a good option to leave message. Am going to a new group in Bryn Mawr."

"0 stars if I could. Took months of phone tag to schedule appt. No one answers. Went for consult. Paid co-pay, bought prep kit and scheduled the procedure. 1 week late I get a text message (no phone call) saying appt is cancelled as my insurance is not in network but I can self pay out of network."
