"The care I receive from Dr. Kothari is excellent. She is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed. She answers questions and explains my medical conditions and how to manage them effectively. "I have been impressed with all aspects of the practice. Support staff are helpful every time I call for an appointment and friendly when I arrive to see the doctor. The nursing team and Dr Urbas took good care of me during the diagnostic procedure and now we’re considering treatment options."

"I've been going to Dr. Callahan for about seven years now. It's always been a smooth, easy process to get in, and he's always been an attentive doctor who spends time with you and explains things. I really feel like we're partners in my care. And kudos to the online scheduling capabilities! It used to be months before I could get an appointment. This time, it was a week. That's efficient!"

"Absolutely, do not go to this office for any reason. I went to this office once. I paid my copay and submitted my insurance information. They sent a claim to my insurance and they paid. Fast forward to over a year later, I received a call from a collection company stating that I owe them over a $500! Apparently. they did not submit the correct information to the insurance and never reached out to ..."

"I've been a patient here for many years. It wasn't always this bad...I too have been trying to schedule an appointment for a coloscopy. Received a letter to call to schedule. Called, waited 30 minutes then when the person answered, she took some information and then transferred me to scheduling. That person told me to hold and poof was disconnected. Waited a few minutes thinking she would call back ..."

"This is the WORST system I have ever encountered. First, I was disconnected after waiting to schedule an appointment. Called back—waited 30 minutes until I had to get off phone. Couple hours later I call back to start the whole procedure again. Receptionist who answers phone and puts you through to schedulers told me she would email me the screening form. Never received it.
