"I just learned that Dr O'Neill has been ordering UNNECESSARY, EXPENSIVE tests for me every 6 months over the last 10 years, that is a total of 20 times. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't know why the tests were ordered. Then, he said it was a procedural era. If this is so, what else has he MISSED over the last 10 years.
