"Responding to the response the doctor just wrote me: No I completely understand having to get medical records released in order to see a new patient.. what I have NEVER heard of is the clinic telling the patient to get the medical records from the previous doctor themselves… it’s ALWAYS been the clinic’s JOB to REQUEST the release of medical records."
