"I've already left one review and it got worse. Administrator called me due to my 1st review. Their office is a 4 hour round trip for me. The only reason I went to them was to get an ok for my provider to continue me on an infusion or other medicines for my osteoporosis. Dr Slade refuses to communicate this to my provider, who referred me to him. I thought they just wanted to be able to bill insurance ..."

"If I could give Dr. Ronkar and Dr. Swenson a 0 rating I would. Dr. Ronkar told me that he did not believe in the existence of fibromyalgia. He said that doctors only diagnose patients with that when they cannot figure out what is really wrong with them. Dr. Swenson told me that he has a MALE patient, with fibromyalgia, that works construction. Dr. Swenson also said that if that patient can do that ..."
