"Absolutely horrible service. Difficult to get an appointment. Wait times are measured in months. Once you get an appointment, hope you don't need medication. Can't request a refill by contacting HealthPartners, have to call your pharmacy; pharmacy contacts HealthPartners, has to wait several days to over a week for a response.
