"Absolutely horrible service. Difficult to get an appointment. Wait times are measured in months. Once you get an appointment, hope you don't need medication. Can't request a refill by contacting HealthPartners, have to call your pharmacy; pharmacy contacts HealthPartners, has to wait several days to over a week for a response. I started trying to set up an appointment before I moved here from Texas, and first they wouldn’t set up an appointment with a mental health caregiver unless I first saw one of their PCPs, which meant I couldn’t make an appointment until after moving here.
