"Our healthcare services in the US are a joke. The receptionist was cold and treated me like an infant, while the Nurse Practitioner seemed to expect me to know all the information of the various medications she offered. "Horrible colonoscopy experience. I was scheduled to arrive at noon. On the day of my procedure, I started drinking the second half of my prep at 6 am. At 7, I got a call from a hospital nurse asking if I could come in early due to cancellations. While I would have loved to get it over with, I told them I still had to finish drinking the prep, which was to be done by 8, and that I was still passing ..."

"This practice operates like a dysfunctional family. The office people out rank the doctors. Sadly the doctors are disappointing as well.
