This place should be closed for multiple reasons such as pre-paying for labor and delivery when your in your first trimester prior figuring out where you are in your insurance, unprofessionalism from billing department and their admin, refusing to bill Medicaid, inability to follow CMS standards / guidelines. "I would put 0 stars if I could. My daughter-in-law was 7 weeks pregnant when she called to get an appointment as a high-risk prenatal patient. This is her second child and her first was born in Atlanta. Halifax insisted that she have her Atlanta obstetrician's office MAIL her records to her and then she hand carry them to the Halifax office.
