"Today was my initial visit after not seeing a dentist in a very long while. I explained my severe dental anxiety. Dr. Albert was knowledgeable and non judgmental, the receptionist assured me it wouldn’t be as bad as I thought and she was right. I left at ease and with a treatment plan I could handle. I’m glad I finally took a chance."

I had an appointment today and called to reschedule.. the first words out of the person who answers the phone us the 50 dollar cancellation fee.. couldn’t get a word in edgewise m, but that was the main issue 50 dollars .... well if she would of let me talk I had no problems paying the money... finally I said sent me the bill and my records for myself and my sons .... then ..."
