"This was my first time at Green Grove Dental and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with Dr.Albert and his staff. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. The professionalism of the staff and the quality of service to me was 100%. I never felt like this in any dental office before. "Today was my initial visit after not seeing a dentist in a very long while. I explained my severe dental anxiety. Dr. Albert was knowledgeable and non judgmental, the receptionist assured me it wouldn’t be as bad as I thought and she was right. I left at ease and with a treatment plan I could handle. I’m glad I finally took a chance.

"This was my initial visit. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable with insurance issues and helpful with obtaining previous dentist records. The staff was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable, relaxed. Nicole was personal able and very easy to talk with. She also let me know all information from was she was going to do to recommendation about things that would benefit good future oral care. Plenty of options to work with . Dr. Albert was friendly, knowledgeable, paitent gave direct suggestions for care of current and future dental care. The office was clean comfortable and easy to locate.

"Very disappointed today ... I had an appointment today and called to reschedule.. the first words out of the person who answers the phone us the 50 dollar cancellation fee.. couldn’t get a word in edgewise m, but that was the main issue 50 dollars .... well if she would of let me talk I had no problems paying the money... finally I said sent me the bill and my records for myself and my sons .... then I get a call from another woman who says well you cancelled in the past and going on and ....point of story you have just lost three paying patients .. who referred people to you and lost it for $50 ......Very very disappointed... I always held this practice in high regard ..
